This class is a fabulous fitness workout combining Aerial Acrobatics, Dance with focused balance, strength and conditioning training. Students will be learning Fitness in a fresh way that is fun and provides the same results as the gym. You will improve muscle tone and definition, for a sleek and toned body. Training in an Upbeat, fun and effective way! Students may notice a significant increase in upper body strength and tone as they move through a range of exercises, stunning acrobatic flips and tricks whilst moving through trendy dance aerobics and choreography.
